Rena's my classmate when we were in MRSM PC.. she got married to Hashim from MRSM Taiping.. we used to tease Hashim when he comes to our get-togethers coz he'll be the odd 1 out

another one of my best friend is getting hitched, insya'allah in july '05.. i will once again be a bridesmaid  mental note: lose weight before june '05!! hehe

KARAOKE

started karaoke when i started work.. i've 2 sets of different friends i go karaoke with.. the pc gang and the uk gang  ..which ever group i go with, the tendencies of someone hogging the mic tu biasalah.. heheh.. i shall not name names in here.. you know who you hehe
again the pics were taken using my camera phone and it was dark.. sowwy.. that's the best it can do!!
note: most pics were taken on 26th Nov 2004 but the session with syam was a different session.. i just included it in here coz that's the only pic i have for that particular karaoke session with merr, syam, ahmad and his friend bobo..

KUTA BEACH, BALI

syam and i decided to go to bali despite merr's and lina's unavailability to make it.. (sorry babes) we were there for 4 days and 3 nights - a superholiday package offer thingy we got from mitra travels.. all in all it costs us = RM920...
there was hendra - our tour guide who brought us around - part of the package thing but i don't have pics of him.. actually i still haven't got copies of many bali pics from syam (will have to ask her!!)
we had a blast of a time there!!

M&M'S WEDDING

yeap.. that's right! another good friend of my is now married too!! hehe.. last year alone (2004) i attended more than 6 friends' wedding.. i guess it's the seasonlah.. oh well, it's cool  and i'm happy for them!!
m&m's wedding took place in sarawak.. the akad nikah was on the 5th and the reception was on the 6th of june 2004. here's some of the pics..
ps: F, Z & I had a good time belasahing the fresh & cheap seafood in sarawak..dang, i forgot the name of the place, the one at the top of a carpark..

ISTANBUL, TURKEY

don't have much of pics in turkey.. i have these ones of suleiman's mosque we visited.. we'll see if i can find more and also those when i was in turkmenistan so i can show you what i meant by the obsession the turkmens have over their president-for-life: saparmurat  hehe..
oh yeah.. if you notice, 1 of the pics i took was of the hanging lights they had in the mosque.. look carefully and you can see the sorta black ball amongst the lights.. those are OSTRICH EGGS..according to the tourist guide, they hang them there to keep spiders away..so no spider webs.. :surprised:
can anyone confirm whether this is true? ... cheers!

F & Z's WEDDING
|

one of my best friend's wedding - took place on the 20th March 2004.. i was her bridesmaid.. funny thing is, 2 days before the wedding i kinda sprained my ankle while playing squash at the gym.. 
i took 3 days MC ans rested my foot.. thank god i was able to wear heels the night of F's reception...
tip to remember: don't play sports when it's your wedding or your best friend's wedding
